Aid and Attendance
Aid and Attendance is a VA administered pension program to benefit veterans and their spouses. The veteran/spouse must need help with at least two activities of daily living. The money can be used for home care, adult day care, to help pay for assisted living, etc. For 2018, Aid and Attendance monthly benefits are $2903 for two married veterans, $2169 for a veteran with a spouse, $1830 for a single veteran, and $1176 for a surviving spouse.
