Trust Administration
TRUST ADMINISTRATION is usually accomplished without the necessity of court involvement. We assist our clients with tasks such as the filing of fiduciary tax returns; the allocation of assets into subtrusts after a death; and guidance in locating other professionals when necessary, such as CPAs and financial advisors. We administer trusts prepared by this firm or by others. We provide these services for all types of trusts.
