YOUR NEEDS. YOUR GOALS. OUR JOB.
I have been an attorney since 1978. For the last 20 years I have focused my work in the practice areas of elder law and estate planning. I felt “called” to do this work.
Currently, my most important memberships in professional memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; the Western Massachusetts Elder Professional Association; the Greater Springfield Estate Planning Council; and, the Pioneer Valley Estate Planning Council.
I teach people how to prepare for the inevitable in a way that's mindful and respectful of person's goals and needs.
Our practice focuses on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Education
Everyone needs an estate plan. I call the core estate planning documents, “The Big Five.” When these documents are in place, court involvement is not needed.
The court process of transferring legal title from the decedent (person who died) to the beneficiaries.
